We will view your property and discuss with you your needs. You may want a full management package or you may just want your property visited on a regular basis, to give you peace of mind when you are not there.

We are flexible and will draw up a contract to suit your individual wishes. The minimum contract is one year, after which one months notice is required.

We will prepare your property for guest’s arrival.

Greet your guests and be on hand 24 hrs to deal with any problems that may arise. Check inventory and carry out a full clean plus laundry on departure.
